1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of www.afterblue.com (the "Site"), operated by Afterblue Inc. ("Afterblue," "we," "us"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
2. Purpose of the Site
The Site is provided for general informational purposes to describe Afterblue’s IT project management consulting services and background. Nothing on the Site constitutes a binding offer, proposal, quote, or solicitation for services. Any actual engagement between Afterblue and a client is governed exclusively by a separate, signed written agreement (e.g., a master services agreement or statement of work), the terms of which will govern in the event of any conflict with this Site.

Content on the Site is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute professional, technical, legal, financial, or consulting advice. You should not rely on Site content as a substitute for engaging Afterblue, or another qualified professional, for advice specific to your circumstances.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, and design — is owned by Afterblue or its licensors and is protected by Canadian and international copyright and trademark laws. You may view and print Site content for personal, non-commercial reference. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from Site content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
5. Third-Party Links and Hosting
The Site is hosted on Google Sites, a third-party platform. We are not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of any third-party services, including Google’s platform infrastructure or any external websites linked from the Site.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or availability. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Afterblue, its principals, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Ontario or Canadian law (e.g., liability for gross negligence, fraud, or death or personal injury caused by negligence).
8. Fraud and Impersonation Notice
Afterblue will never request invoice payments, banking-detail changes, or contact-information updates solely via email or an unsolicited message. Always verify such requests independently — in person or via a real time call to a known, previously verified phone number — before acting on them.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Afterblue and its principals from claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ontario for any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on the Site. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
