Baltimore Yacht Club, Maryland
Happy
to sail again! Chesapeake Bay is regarded as a prime sailing
grounds of US of A and rightfully so. There always is some
wind, surroundings are beautiful and there is so many different
bays and different places to explore that one may spend here
the whole summer.
On
the way to Baltimore we noticed a lot of sailboats some of
which were engaging in a race against us! For some we were
an easy pray with our wide beam and relatively short waterline.
Upon
our arrival to the club I left a phone message with our new
friends hoping they would be able to make it to see us tonight.
I think they couldn't make it because there was a big game
on. Everything goes on a back burner when football is on and
Baltimore club was no exception. Nevertheless we enjoyed having
a complimentary slip for the night and most of all: SHOWERS!!!
