Hudson - Up The Creek

Trying to remember how this memorable day went through. September 11, we're kind off glad we're not in NYC yet, since US Coast Guard probably is boarding everything that floats in the NY Harbour. On our way today we saw some eagles, which Johannes was really excited about. I think last night we didn't get much sleep and we blamed full moon on this one. Tides are getting really strong now. This piece of the river is gorgeous. We pull into some marina and got some charts and had a long, long siesta after lunch. We were motoring all day I think, because there was no wind. I beat Johannes in backgammon so much that I was surprised he didn't bruise from this. Well I guess I'll have to give him few days to recover before we'll play again :)

I am very mindful of all our friends in Toronto and all over the world who are, well our friends and make this world so much more fascinating. Bonsoir
