We
are all packed and ready. Our little sloop is filled up with
cans, fuel and fresh water. We've got enough provisions to
sail to Peru and back! On our deck we are sporting a little
sailing dinghy whose owner and our host, Randy so kindly lend
to our adventures.
We
are waiting for favourable winds to cross over to the Bahamas.
I am a little hesitant to sail out now, right ahead of the
approching cold front with its 25kn winds, because our boat
is so small and this also would be our very first night sailing.
So we decided to take a chill pill and wait it out. I just
hope Nancy and Randy can take our presence in their house
for a little bit longer.
I
already miss the whole gang from St. Timothys in Miami. That
place became a home to us right away. It's hard to leave but
I know we'll see everybody again when we come back before
heading up North in spring. Totaly new adventures lay ahead
and crystal clear waters of Bahamas going to be a unique setting
for fast appproaching Christmas.
